Sensor Develompent / Hardware Lead

Passionate about the Heart of Robotics, specialising in Arduino and Raspberry Pi development. 

Experienced engineer with a proven track record in the oil and energy industry. Strong engineering professional skilled in MATLAB, data structures, PSpice, C, and ETAP. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at Aerobotics Global and at AquaTerra. He helds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Melbourne.

AquaTerra was created to enable smart farming through soil intelligence. AquaTerra's sensors measure critical soil parameters - such as moisture and temperature. The information is made available to agronomists and farmers anytime and anywhere through a web app.

The web application provides:

• Real time soil moisture (M), temperature (T) and daily reference evapotranspiration (ETo)
• Location insights into irrigation needs and/or sowing/harvesting time
• Local weather conditions and 5-day forecast
• On demand summary report creation (M, T, ETo) and data download.
